Designed by top athletic trainers to prevent injury from hard throws and hits. The EvoShield Catcher’s Thumb Guard is a must for baseball and softball catchers, though can be worn by any player. Fielders can catch line drives or pop flies without fear of bruised or broken thumbs.

EvoShield uses Gel-To-Shell™ technology to create protective gear that molds to the user’s body shape, ensuring a perfect fit and optimal protection. The Gel-To-Shell™ material begins soft and flexible and gives the user time to custom form the gear. It then transforms to a hard protective guard ready for use. Impact is dispersed, not absorbed, for better protection than traditional foam and plastic gear. See video below for custom molding demonstration.

The shield is built into the hour-glass shaped thumb sleeve and custom molds to the left or right hand, depending on the handiness of the user. The shield and sleeve are hand washable and air dry only.

EvoShield is the official protective gear supplier of the Major League Baseball and is being used at all age levels. EvoShield products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty protecting from defects.
