With the Economy H-PND, you can practice cross-training, strength training, and weight lifting – with 100-pounds less overall weight than our larger version. By simply changing the steel tubing from 3 x 3-inch to 2 x 2-inch, we used less material without sacrificing this unit’s integrity, stability, and function.
