The short hammers from Polanik are the ideal training partner for your hammer throw. They are available in three standard weight categories (1.5 kg/1.75 kg/2 kg) with a diameter of approx. 84 mm. Each weight is made from turned, powder-coated steel, with a swivel made from galvanised steel. Includes steel chain and storage bag.
