The Tricep and Lat Pulley System by Titan Fitness® is a bolt-on pulley attachment designed to create a dynamic pulley system on your Short or Tall T-3 Series Power Rack. This system mounts in-between the uprights of your power rack and features two rack-mounted pulley attachments, 118-inch cable, two carabiners, and all the assembly hardware needed.
